If it does, you must include the result and reference number in your Express Entry profile. For the money the Casio FX-115MS is all the calculator anyone needs up to Calc 2 / Matrix Algebra.Your report must show that your foreign credential is valid and equal to a completed Canadian secondary school (high school) or post-secondary credential. Don't bother with any non-TI graphing calcs, because you will just have to learn a new interface. Go with the TI-89, since you seem to be leaning that way. The casio can deal with your polar coord stuff, but the Matrices with irrational numbers might be beyond it's abilities. disregard my message unless you plan to sit for (and pass) the FE.

TL DR : For a Professional Level Calculator you don't need another TI POS, you need this: Casio FX-115ES, $16ĮDIT: I noticed in comments OP is a EE (or a CompE). This calculators has all the functions an engr needs including statistics and a SOLVER (this will be the most useful thing, i guarantee it). Sure some PE still use their TI's, but with computers, cell phones, and the internet able to crunch numbers, the important part is getting all the pieces together. This is a "good, professional level calculator." If you start using it now, you will be comfortable with it by the time you sit for the FE. In the last year of my undergraduate, i swapped out my TI-86 (i'm old, whatever) for a Casio FX-115ES (i have 115MS, but no difference in functions). Do you think NASA scientists use TI calcs? No, they use HP, but since no one wants to learn another language (wikisearch: "RPN"), you should just get a Casio. I'm sure plenty of children here will downvote this because you can't play games on it, but Pro's don't play games on their calculators. They are not allowed on the FE exams and you will be at a handicap if you don't prepare to go without it. if you are going to be taking the FE exam and have completed all or most of your math classes, you shouldn't be looking at another graphing calculator. >!insert spoiler here!< Other subreddits you might like: some
